OH YEAH and I squatted 110 for 5 reps and 6 sets. Could’ve did more if I wanted or just did a regular set of 12 for 3-4 sets but eh. Next time.

I deadlifted 95 pounds today which probably doesn’t sound like much to people who actually lift a lot but it’s the heaviest I’ve done in probably in a whole year. I feel all douchy and stuff with my buns of steel.
